I was born and raised in Cobb County where I graduated high school in 2004 from Kennesaw Mountain High School.  In 2009, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in education from Kennesaw State University. In 2011, I earned my Master's Degree in education from Walden University. I have been teaching since 2009.  Prior to teaching in Houston County, I taught in Gwinnett County for 4 years (2nd and 4th grade) and 4 years in Cobb County (1st and 2nd grade).

My husband and I were married in June 2009 and we have 3 beautiful little girls. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, running and thrifting.
