I am so excited to be at Lake Joy Elementary this year! This will be my third year teaching. I am a product of Houston County, graduating from Veterans High School. I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and I also have my Masters degree in Teaching through Augusta University. I am currently working on my Specialist in Elementary Education through the University of West Georgia. I've been married for almost 3 years to my husband who is also a product of Houston County and is a high school football coach. We have one son, Baker, and one dog, Marshall. When I'm not teaching or cheering on my husband's football team, I love to read, spend time with my family, and go to the beach.
